- Maciej has been practicing tax advisory since 1997, gaining professional experience in law firms and tax consultancy companies, and has a broad knowledge of the tax system.
- In his daily work, he provides ongoing support for Clients, primarily focusing on value-added tax and tax proceedings.
- Maciej specialises in VAT consultancy and cost optimisation in commercial law companies.
- He holds a law degree from Jagiellonian University.
- In his leisure time, he enjoys reading books and taking walks with his dog.
- Anna specializes in corporate income tax and personal income tax, with a focus on withholding tax. She also offers guidance on VAT matters, particularly related to VAT refunds through the VAT-REF procedure.
- In her day-to-day work, Anna provides ongoing tax advice to small, medium, and large companies, as well as offering project-based services. She also has a keen interest in tax scheme reporting (MDR) and social security (ZUS) issues.
- Anna gained professional experience at Tax Advisors Group Sp. z o.o., a tax consulting firm based in Wroclaw, where she began her career in December 2018.

- Roksana has specialized in tax matters concerning transfer pricing. At the firm, she is responsible for direct Client communication and overseeing all transfer pricing projects.
- In her daily tasks, Roksana focuses particularly on providing ongoing transfer pricing consulting, including drafting tax opinions and recommendations. She also ensures compliance with documentation obligations for related parties, prepares transfer pricing documentation, conducts comparative and compliance analyses, and develops intra-group settlements.
- Roksana holds MA in accounting and controlling from the Wroclaw University of Economics, as well as a postgraduate degree in transfer pricing and tax management from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
- In her free time, she enjoys reading historic and non-fiction books, as well as planning both small and large trips.

- Adam provides ongoing support to Clients, focusing mainly on corporate income tax and value-added tax.
- He specializes in providing guidance on diverse corporate reorganization initiatives and offering tax planning advice.
- Adam holds a law degree and has gained professional experience in both law firms and tax consulting companies.
- In his leisure time, he enjoys staying active, primarily through playing volleyball. Additionally, he has a passion for chess.

- Jerzy provides legal assistance to domestic and foreign Clients in the field of tax law (VAT, CIT, PIT, tax procedure), he also prepares tax optimisation plans and advises on wide-ranging corporate reorganisation activities (e.g. transformations, mergers, changes in the ownership structure of entities).
- He has gained professional experience in leading law firms in Wroclaw and in international consulting corporations.
- Jerzy graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw, and is currently doing his legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wroclaw.
- He spends his free time cooking, hiking, at martial arts training and wall climbing.

- She graduated from the School of Management and Banking in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in tax law at the Wroclaw University of Economics (now the University of Economics) under the guidance of Professor Ryszard Mastalski.
- After internships in the accounting departments of companies and tax offices, she joined the Tax Administration Chamber in Wroclaw, where she managed VAT tax proceedings.

- Patrycja is a lawyer with several years of litigation experience, serving as a legal counsel affiliated with the OIRP in Wroclaw since September 2020. Currently, she is focused on furthering her expertise in tax law and tax proceedings.
- A graduate of the University of Wroclaw, where she studied law, and the Wroclaw University of Economics, where she completed postgraduate studies in tax consultancy. Currently, Patrycja is studying in a postgraduate course on personal data protection.
- In her professional life, Patrycja prioritizes continuous development. Her goal for 2024 is to become a qualified tax advisor. She values honesty, reliability, and transparent rules of cooperation.
Tax Advisor
- Anna specializes in value-added tax and income tax matters.
- With professional experience gained in law firms and tax advisory companies in Wroclaw, she has worked in tax advisory departments focusing on representing German entities regarding their tax obligations in Poland. Additionally, Anna has represented Polish citizens in proceedings before German tax authorities.
- A tax advisor and doctor of law, Anna is a graduate of postgraduate studies in tax advisory at the Wroclaw University of Economics and postgraduate studies in banking at the Wroclaw School of Banking.
- Fluent in German, she wrote several books and numerous publications on tax and financial law.
Tax Consultant
- She started gaining professional experience in taxation as a junior tax consultant at Taxa Group.
- Natalia is a graduate in finance and accounting with a specialization in tax advisory from the Cracow University of Economics.
- In her free time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Tax Consultant
- Łukasz is a trainee barrister at the District Bar Council in Wroclaw.
- He graduated in law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and in finance and accounting from Wroclaw University of Economics. He was a finalist in competitions for the best master’s thesis in tax law.
- Łukasz gained previous professional experience in legal and tax services for micro-entrepreneurs, primarily in the IT industry. Currently, he is working towards becoming a qualified tax advisor.
Tax Consultant
- Klaudia assists senior consultants and managers in providing day-to-day Client services. She excels at simplifying complex tax issues for Clients’ understanding and supports colleagues in creating graphics and presentations.
- She holds BA in finance and accounting from the Wroclaw School of Banking. In May 2023, she completed a one-year postgraduate degree in accounting and taxation at the Wroclaw University of Economics, reigniting her passion for tax law.
- In her leisure time, Klaudia enjoys painting abstract artworks or reading detective stories. During the summer season, she enjoys jogging or rollerblading.
